Simyo now also offers telephones in addition to Sim Only subscriptions

Sim Only provider evolves with the needs of its customers

Simyo is no longer just a provider of Sim Only – as of today, the KPN subsidiary is expanding its product range to include mobile phones. Simyo, which has been declared the best mobile provider by the Dutch Consumers' Association for the 25th time, is broadening its existing range of Sim Only subscriptions and prepaid offers. The lineup of phones includes the iPhone 12 mini, Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G and Oppo A74 5G. As of today, the full range is available on the website. In addition to subscriptions with mobile phones, consumers can still get a Sim Only subscription or prepaid offer from Simyo.

Simyo will offer both new and refurbished quality phones. Phones can be paid in one payment, partial payments, or in installments spread over two years. Current Simyo Sim Only customers can renew their subscription and order a phone together with the subscription. And for new customers, there are temporarily no connection fees.

“As a provider, Simyo evolves with the customer,” says Robin Clements, EVP Marketing and Products at KPN. “When we found that our Simyo customers also needed a phone to go with their subscription, naturally we wanted to answer that demand. What’s fantastic is that as of today, we can make Simyo customers happy with the one thing we couldn't offer as a Sim Only provider until now: a phone. For Simyo, customer satisfaction is the number one priority.”
