KPN ready for the new football season with Goal Alerts and exclusive Eredivisie summaries

Sunday's kickoff of the Johan Cruijff Shield, PSV's match against Go Ahead Eagles, will be the first match KPN customers can use for Goal Alerts and exclusive online highlights . This means KPN is ready for the start of the new football season.

Starting this 2025/2026 season, KPN will haveexclusive rights to the Eredivisie and Keuken Kampioen Divisie. This gives football fans the most complete football experience with KPN, at home and on the go. With Goal Alerts, you'll know immediately who scored via KPN and can watch the winning goal back in real time. You'll also get online recaps of your favorite club immediately after the match via KPN TV+, so on your mobile or simply on your TV.

The new way to watch football goes live on KPN this weekend and is available free of charge to all KPN customers, even if you don't have ESPN Compleet in your package. Customers don't need to activate anything for this, as you'll see the highlights after the final whistle on the KPN TV+ screen. You can also activate goal alerts by following your favorite clubs. This way, you can watch the goal again immediately after the score is scored, even during the match. Handy if you're unable to watch your Eredivisie club's match live.
