KPN proposes CEO and Board of Management reappointments

The Supervisory Board of KPN intends to reappoint Joost Farwerck (CEO), Chris Figee (CFO), Hilde Garssen (Chief People Officer) and Marieke Snoep (Chief Consumer Market) for a new four-year term. During the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on April 17 2024, shareholders will be informed on the intended reappointments.

With the nomination to reappoint Joost Farwerck as CEO, Chris Figee as CFO, Hilde Garssen as Chief People Officer and Marieke Snoep as Chief Consumer Market the Supervisory Board acknowledges their strong leadership and performance in the current term of appointment. Furthermore the Supervisory Board is convinced that the implementation of the strategy and the interests of the company and its stakeholders benefit from continuity in the Board of Management. KPN recently appointed two new board members, Chantal Vergouw as Chief Business Market and Wouter Stammeijer as Chief Operating Officer. With the intended reappointments, KPN's Board of Management is well positioned for the next phase of the company’s strategy.

During the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), to be held on April 17, 2024, shareholders will be informed on the intended reappointments, following which the reappointments can be finalized. KPN's Central Works Council supports the proposed reappointments.
