As of today, over 1.3 million customers who combine KPN fixed and mobile will receive a subscription to Netflix or ESPN as a gift. With this, KPN is taking it a step further with combination benefits for existing and new customers who use multiple services. The benefits can really add up; because the more KPN customers combine services, the more attractive it becomes. That way, the whole house is really happy!
With Valentine's Day just around the corner, the declaration of love for loyal customers is not unexpected. "KPN is the pioneer in the telecom market with the combination of fixed and mobile services and is once again coming up with a first," says Marieke Snoep, member of the KPN Board of Directors and responsible for the Consumer Market proudly. "And it works, because customers who combine multiple KPN services are more satisfied and loyal. And that's what we do it for!" KPN is taking the next step in rewarding its regular customers with this. Previously, customers received double their data, speeds were increased for free, etc. And via the loyalty program Voor Jou, KPN regularly invites customers to events and other benefits.

According to the principle of 'combine more, get more', existing and new customers who purchase internet at home and mobile telephony from KPN can receive various extras. What is new; KPN will give a subscription to Netflix or ESPN as a gift to all customers who combine fixed and mobile services. If you stack even more products, you will receive even more benefits. In addition to Netflix or ESPN, customers can also choose Disney+, HBO Max or Videoland, for example. And even better, customers can change their choice benefit every month.

All customers can activate the benefits and their monthly gift in their MyKPN app from today. In addition to a streaming subscription, customers who combine Internet & TV with multiple mobile subscriptions at one address, for example, also receive the recording package as an extra. Or access to KPN Service Plus, which gives customers priority at the service desk and puts them directly through to the most experienced employees. In addition, Service Plus customers receive an exclusive 50% discount on telephone accessories in the KPN store.
