KPN makes calling and texting to and from Ukraine free - UPDATE

The situation in Ukraine touches our hearts. For this reason we will not charge for mobile (calls and SMS) and fixed-line calls to Ukraine. This applies to all consumers and business customers. We are also making roaming (calls, texts, and data use) free of charge for our customers who are in Ukraine. This also applies to fixed calls from XS4ALL and mobile calls from Simyo. Prepaid customers need to activate a special bundle for free calls and sms with Ukraine via our customer service (0800-0402).

Update: From 1 December 2023, all KPN customers (consumers and business) will be charged the rates that KPN applies for EU countries when calling (landline and mobile) and texting to Ukraine. For KPN customers in Ukraine, the same rates for roaming (calling, texting and data use) apply that KPN applies for EU countries.
