KPN makes AI knowledge available in stores
To make customers better acquainted with AI (Artificial Intelligence), KPN is starting information sessions about artificial intelligence. Visitors to the KPN stores are introduced to artificial intelligence, what the possibilities are now and in the future and how they can get started with it themselves. KPN wants to increase the digital knowledge and skills of customers.
For consumers, AI is becoming increasingly applicable in everyday life. Write texts, make summaries, create images or even make music in a simple way. All applications that can be found online. In addition, AI is also increasingly integrated into, for example, the mobile phone. At the same time, there is still a large group of Dutch people who have not yet become acquainted with AI or do not know whether AI can help them in daily life. KPN wants to help customers with this by sharing knowledge.
“Our stores are the ideal place where KPN customers can go if they have questions. Not only about their products but also about other digital applications and trends,” says Martin Boers, director of all KPN stores. “Our KPN Experience stores already regularly offer knowledge sessions. With the information sessions about AI, we respond to the growing demand from customers who would like to know more about artificial intelligence. Tomorrow in Amsterdam, soon in Eindhoven and throughout the Netherlands.”
Google Pixel at KPN
On the day of the first knowledge sessions about AI, the latest mobile phone will also be launched at KPN: the Pixel 8a, developed by Google.
