KPN looks ahead during the 9th edition of NLSecure[ID]

How do we prepare for the unpredictable digital threats of tomorrow? This question is more relevant than ever and will be the central theme of NLSecure[ID] on Tuesday 21 January 2025. The NBC Congrescenter in Nieuwegein will then open its doors for the 9th edition of the Netherlands' leading security event . This year's theme: 'The Future of Cyber'.

Increasing complexity makes it increasingly difficult to remain resilient. Consider the impact of AI-generated threats, shifting responsibilities within organizations and the role of strategic collaboration. During NLSecure[ID], the central question is how we can make 'BV Nederland' more resilient against current and unknown, future cyber threats.

Waiting is not an option
“Although the future is uncertain, waiting is not an option,” says Chantal Vergouw, member of the Management Board at KPN Board and Chief Business Market.

“During NLSecure[ID] the Dutch cybersecurity community comes together. With a combination of vision, knowledge sharing and concrete solutions we ensure that organizations are stronger, no matter what comes their way."

“We should not only look at the latest security solutions, but also take responsibility and forge partnerships within the security community,” Vergouw adds. “Only then will we take steps to make the Netherlands safer.”
