KPN introduces personal wifi advice in the MyKPN app

The MijnKPN app now offers personalized wifi advice. With this new feature, users receive practical tips to improve their wifi at home. This makes it easier to be online everywhere in the house. 

With the new wifi features in the MijnKPN app, customers can optimize their wifi network. If the connection can be better in certain areas of the house, the app provides clear advice. If a SuperWifi point (wifi extender) is, for example, too far from the modem, the app will notify that the point is not in the best location. With one click, the app then shows the best location for a strong wifi signal. Changing the setup usually takes just a few minutes. The app will also notify you when the modem requires an update. After giving permission, the advice is immediately visible in the app. This way, customers can easily improve their network themselves, without needing a technician.
