KPN and NN North Sea Jazz enter into a three-year partnership

KPN and the NN North Sea Jazz Festival are joining forces in a three-year partnership that will start as of the 47th edition of the festival.

KPN has believed in the power of connection for almost a century and a half now. KPN does this by providing products and services via the best networks and connecting the Netherlands with a sustainable future. And also by supporting social activities that bring people together: from Dutch football to the Rijksmuseum and from the Concertgebouw to helping chronically ill students who are home alone to maintain their connection with classmates. And now KPN is adding the NN North Sea Jazz Festival to the list as well.

KPN Mooiste Contact Fonds
KPN will provide the festival with mobile charging stations in converted telephone boxes. KPN will also adopt one of the stages and the NN North Sea Jazz Festival app, which visitors can use to create their own personal route around the festival.

And that’s not all. On Sunday, July 14, the KPN Mooiste Contact Fonds will send out invitations to guests for whom a festival is not a matter of course, because of their social isolation or old age (etc.). By welcoming people like this to the festival and arranging KPN volunteers to show them the highlights of the program - including Sting - they too will be able to experience the power of personal contact and live music.
