KPN's security measures, defined in the KPN Security Policy, are based on international standards. We expect all suppliers and their subcontractors to implement basic measures in information security, business continuity, and privacy. Specific services may require additional agreements in a Security Annex, and suppliers must periodically report on compliance.

The General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) apply to all deliveries of products and/or services to KPN, unless other agreements have been expressly concluded.
