Our "Security First" strategy ensures that all services meet KPN standards, and we require suppliers to periodically demonstrate compliance.
Sustainability
KPN is committed to leading the telecom industry in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. Our 'Connect, Activate & Grow' strategy sets ambitious goals for responsibility, inclusivity, and sustainability, fully integrated into our business model. We value suppliers who sign the Supplier Code of Conduct, which is part of our General Terms and Conditions.

Security
KPN's security measures, defined in the KPN Security Policy, are based on international standards. We expect all suppliers and their subcontractors to implement basic measures in information security, business continuity, and privacy. Specific services may require additional agreements in a Security Annex, and suppliers must periodically report on compliance.
GT&C
The General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) apply to all deliveries of products and/or services to KPN, unless other agreements have been expressly concluded.
Privacy
KPN's privacy statement outlines how we handle personal data. Suppliers with access to KPN data must adhere to these guidelines.
Compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is crucial, and we set high standards for suppliers to ensure they provide necessary guarantees and take appropriate measures to comply with GDPR.
