KPN mobile network assessed as ‘outstanding’

Summary

KPN is the biggest riser in the annual benchmark of P3 and is labeled ’outstanding’. We score even more points than last year.

All in all, KPN's mobile network scores 961 points (on a scale of 1000) in the international benchmark of test institute P3. 21 points more than in 2018, which makes us the biggest riser in the Netherlands. According to P3, all mobile operators in the Netherlands have been world leaders for years.

KPN has improved itself compared to last year with an even better voice quality, the fastest call set-up time and higher download and upload speeds. In addition, KPN is the most stable network according to crowd measurements over the past nine months.

It is not the first time this year that KPN's mobile network received recognition. In January KPN was for the fourth time in a row named the Best Mobile Provider at the Tweakers Awards. KPN also scores very high in quarterly surveys of the Dutch Consumers' Association for the best mobile provider.
