KPN customers receive HBO Max for three months as a gift

KPN customers will be extra spoiled this fall. They will receive three months of HBO Max as a gift. In this way, KPN, together with existing customers, is celebrating the arrival of HBO Max at KPN. Since last week, the streaming service has been available via KPN to 3.6 million households in the Netherlands. With HBO Max you can enjoy affordable benefits at KPN during the darker months.

“After the announcement of the collaboration, we saw that customers could hardly wait to watch HBO Max” says Robin Clements, KPN’s EVP Marketing and Products. “We now want to reward that patience, which is why we’re giving customers a gift of three months of HBO Max. Now that the days are getting shorter, we can enjoy the best entertainment for longer.”

HBO Max offers Dutch viewers the best entertainment for the whole family. Featuring iconic content from Warner Bros. Such as The Batman, Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore and Dune, HBO series including Succession and Euphoria, Max Originals such as The Staircase, Hacks and The Flight Attendant, and Kids content such as Teen Titans Go! and Looney Tunes-cartoons. And HBO’s favorite original series, House of the Dragon, set 200 years before the events of Game of Thrones.

HBO Max Standard
From this month, KPN customers can add an HBO Max Standard subscription to their internet, TV or Mobile subscription. This allows them to stream on three devices simultaneously, create five personal profiles, and download up to 30 films or series. The subscription costs €7.99 per month. When a customer combines KPN Internet, Mobile and HBO Max, they also get a 5 euro monthly Entertainment discount.

HBO Max can be easily added to a KPN Internet, TV, or Mobile subscription online, via customer service, in-store or simply via the MijnKPN app. The HBO Max gift can be activated in the app and online until 17 November.

“With the addition of HBO Max to our offer, you are assured of the best entertainment at KPN”, adds Clements. “Moreover, this makes it even more enjoyable for customers to combine their entertainment in an affordable manner.” There are also alternatives to the three-month HBO Max gift or customers can choose to activate the Recording Package for free for three months.
