KPN broadens its large enterprice communications proposition with Microsoft Teams

With the addition of Microsoft Teams to the Cloud Communications proposition, KPN now offers a wide range of modern communication services for the corporate market. This offer allows customers to communicate and collaborate anytime, anywhere. KPN proactively manages the service so that customers are guaranteed optimal performance. The Microsoft Teams environment is integrated with other KPN services, such as fixed and mobile telephony, and can be expanded with, for example, call center functionalities.

Microsoft Teams enables customers’ employees to communicate easily and in different locations. By combining options such as telephone, chat, and video calls, the maximum is gained from mutual communication and contact with customers. Moreover, it is simple to share Word, Excel, or other files with each other and to work on them simultaneously. This ensures that employees can also work together well remotely. What’s more, all the features work on any device. For example, a video conversation that is started on a laptop can be seamlessly transferred to a mobile phone.
